What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the full sales cycle from pipeline development to deal closure for agency and direct clients
- Build and nurture multi-level relationships with clients, acting as a trusted consultant
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver integrated retail media campaigns
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools, providing accurate forecasts and revenue updates
- Track and analyze campaign performance and market trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in media, marketing, advertising, shopper marketing, or promotions
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Demonstrated record of consistently exceeding sales targets in marketing services and/or advertising
- Strong understanding of media and marketing service sales strategies
- Ability to adapt in a fast-evolving digital out-of-home (DOOH) and retail media environment
