Account Executive

Location: Greater Vancouver Area (Langley-based, travel up to 70% Whistler – Hope)
Compensation: Base Salary $70,000 to $80,000 + Sales Incentives + Benefits

We’ve partnered with a national leader in the waterworks and infrastructure sector to recruit a results-driven Account Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused sales professional who thrives on building lasting relationships, delivering technical solutions, and growing business in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll hunt for and manage and grow a portfolio of customers by understanding their business needs, providing tailored solutions, and executing a consultative sales process. You’ll work independently and collaboratively to uncover opportunities, generate quotes, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identify customer needs and provide value-driven solutions
  • Prepare and present quotes for construction and infrastructure projects
  • Expand business opportunities by cross-selling relevant products and services
  • Deliver on commitments and support long-term account growth
  • Travel regularly throughout your territory (up to 70% of the time)
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally in construction, industrial supply, or infrastructure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of building trust with clients
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel frequently
  • Passion for solving problems, driving sales, and creating lasting partnerships
