Summary

The Account Executive is the “CEO of their territory.” As an individual contributor, they play a vital role in driving significant revenue growth with new and existing customers.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Establish a vision and plan to guide your long-term approach to pipeline generation.
  • Consistently deliver MSS and Advisory Services, revenue targets – dedication to the number and to deadlines.
  • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities.
  • Explore the full spectrum of relationships and business possibilities across the client’s entire org chart.
  • Become known as a thought-leader in securing client’s data and infrastructure both on premise and in the cloud.
  • Expand relationships and orchestrate complex deals across more diverse business stakeholders.
  • Holistically embrace, access, and utilize the channel to identify and open new, unchartered opportunities.
  • Work as a team for the most efficient use and deployment of resources. Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions.
  • Maintain CRM inputs, track progress.
Requirements and Experience
  • 2-4 years direct and channel selling experience to mid-market and large enterprise accounts is required.
  • Relevant IT security experience in any of the following: Managed Security Services, Security Testing Services, SIEM, IAM, PAM, EDR, MDR, Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security, or Data Protection.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques; knowledge of MEDDPICC and Force Management methodologies is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success closing deals with prospects and customers in the defined territory.
  • Proven track record of accurate forecasting and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in the “C” suite, strong executive presence and polish, and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Professional proficiency in French is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus.
