Job description

The Kraft Heinz Trainee Program is designed to develop future leaders of Kraft Heinz. It is targeted at high-performing, ambitious, and creative individuals ready to lead the future of food and beverage. Trainees will deepen their understanding of our business, collaborate across departments, and learn how to build their legacy at Kraft Heinz.

Program Overview:

The program lasts ten months and includes:

  1. Immersive onboarding (2-4 weeks) to learn the business and connect with peers,
  2. Two project rotations (each 4 months) to develop creative solutions,
  3. Leadership development week based on our WIN principles,
  4. Celebration and professional growth week to transition into full-time roles,
  5. Placement into a full-time role after completion to continue leadership development and career growth.

Participants will have opportunities to meet senior leaders, receive mentorship, collaborate internationally, and engage in curated learning experiences.

The program begins July 13th, 2026.

Work Focus:

Projects will support brand growth, innovation, and sustainability, with placements in Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, or Human Resources, based on business needs and interests.

Candidate Profile:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation between December 2025 and June 30, 2026,
  • Innovative problem solvers, proactive leaders, passionate about our values and brands, capable of overcoming challenges, and able to simplify complex concepts.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: 76,500 CAD annually,
