Responsibilities
  • When it comes to the customer experience, lead and manage talent, inspire the team, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience and a tailored hair and beauty solution.
  • Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
  • Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules and company policies.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store appearance and environment.

Qualifications To Be a Store Manager
  • At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
  • Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Passion for all things hair and beauty.
Requirements
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
  • May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

The position requires physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipments or boxes. The role involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines and may occasionally involve exposure to irritant chemicals.
