• Assist in the creation of new recipes and / or adaptations when necessary.
• Assist in the pre-preparation of the menu items (hygiene and food cutting).
• Assist in the control / planning of the items used in the menu.
• Assemble and distribute / service the Coffee Breaks and the Board of Directors.
• Collect and identify food samples.
• Carry the food from the preparation area to supply the refrigerators and greenhouses.
• Remove the food from the refrigerators and greenhouses to supply the thermal counters.
• Remove the perishable products from the original packaging in order to carry out the pre-preparation and food preparation activities.
• Assist in obtaining the standardization of the preparations together with 1 / 2 Officers and Chief Cooks through the use of the standard recipes.
• Carry out sanitation services in the internal and external areas of the Restaurant.
• Perform daily cleaning of equipment and utensils.
• Participate in the work developed in the internal philosophy of the work and safety teams.
• Follow the guidelines of the coordination maintaining a participative and dedicated behavior in the subjects pertinent to the work area.
