How you create impact

The Well-being & Engagement Specialist is responsible for providing operational execution and logistical support for all corporate well-being, mental health, and employee engagement initiatives.

This role focuses on producing materials, coordinating activities, managing documentation, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with NR-1 requirements.

While strategic planning and decision-making are owned by the Well-being & Engagement Manager, the Specialist plays a critical role in executing, organizing, and sustaining all initiatives with excellence and consistency.

Operational support for Well-being & Mental Health (NR-1 legislation) : develop and update operational materials, presentations, guides, and communication assets.

Assist in the preparation and roll-out of workshops, training sessions, conversation circles, and awareness activities.

Maintain NR-1-related documentation, including training records, participant lists, evidence files, and compliance logs.

Ensure timely and accurate organization of logistical components (scheduling, communication, platforms, materials, suppliers).

Support the execution of well-being programs as defined by the Manager and HR leadership; collect data and maintain dashboards and reports of mental-health and well-being indicators.

Track participation, engagement, and feedback from well-being activities and campaigns.

Prepare monthly and quarterly operational summaries for managerial review.

Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation aligned with internal audits and NR-1 compliance.

Coordinate the logistical and communication aspects of corporate engagement initiatives (Mother's Day, Women's Day, Pink October, etc.).

Manage operational workflows with vendors, internal teams, and facilities.

Support the execution of cultural and engagement activities aligned with the annual calendar defined by the Manager.

Partner with Internal Communications, HR Business Partners, Safety & Health teams, and other business units to ensure smooth operational delivery of well-being and engagement actions.

Maintain organization of files, calendars, inventories, and communication templates.

Ensure alignment with branding, compliance requirements, and internal standards.

What we would like you to bring

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with active CRP registration.

Experience in implementing health and wellness programs, NR-1 compliance, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing health and well-being programs.

Advanced English (direct communication with the global team will be required).
