POSITIONS

We are looking for quality‑driven and assertive senior technology staffing services business developers with excellent English communication skills to expand new business while managing the existing clients. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build new business and strong partnerships with clients in the Technology industry.
• Organize and coordinate resources in order to execute the successful delivery of the Recruiting / Staffing services.
• Market selective resources to targeted prospective clients.
• Communicate, retain, and support existing and placed resources.
• Work with clients to ensure their standards, protocols, and expectations.
• Develop staffing services and preferably having a strong network in Microsoft (service providers or users), Cloud Computing, Data, AI, Financial Services, FinTech, and Auto manufacturing organizations.

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
• Minimum 2 years of agency experience selling to technology organizations from start‑ups to mid‑sized and major accounts.
• Minimum 1 year of agency recruitment (worked as a recruiter) background.
• Minimum 1 year of agency recruitment supporting U.S. or Europe accounts.
• Technical knowledge and experience in the technical evaluation of clients' requirements and candidates' skills.
• Experience in providing staffing services and preferably having a network in AI, Data Streaming, Cloud Computing, financial services, FinTech, and Auto manufacturing organizations.
• Extensive networking skills or having an existing network within IT companies in the U.S. (A MUST) and LATAM.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Very strong teamwork, time management, and allocation.
• Work experience with CRM or Applicant Tracking System, and MS Word.
