Role: Lead L2/L3 production and project support for Linux environments
- Lead L2/L3 production and project support for Linux environments
- Manage installations, patching, migrations, and scripting (Shell & Perl)
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues across Linux, HP-UX, Solaris, and AIX
- Optimize system performance and availability
- Coach and mentor team members
- Work with ITIL-based tools and monitoring systems
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in Linux and Unix systems
- Deep expertise in filesystem, volume, and storage management
- Strong knowledge of networking, clustering (PCS), and system hardening
- Familiarity with SAN/NAS, backup tools (TSM, VEEAM), and storage suites (EMC, NetApp, Hitachi)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and non-standard hours
- Advanced English

Windows System Administrator
Role: Windows Administrator (2 open positions)
Contract Duration: 1 year (possible extension)
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Windows Administrator to join their IT operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Windows environments, troubleshooting system and network issues, and administering core Microsoft infrastructure services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user and group administration, OU structure, and permissions.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows-based services such as DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve issues related to authentication and system performance.
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues within a Windows environment.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Windows system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and related services.
- Proficiency in managing DNS, DHCP, DFS, and GPOs.
- Solid troubleshooting skills for authentication and performance issues in Windows environments.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, and IP subnetting.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications (not required but a plus):
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MSCE).
- Experience with remote desktop support tools.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell is a plus).
