Job Description

Coding and IT operations today are fully integrated to leverage business values. Modern IT solutions live in the cloud and are in constant transformation. As a Junior Cloud Architect with Beck et al. Services you join a distributed, agile team to support customers on their Cloud Strategy, in the design and creation of infrastructures for diverse workloads, redesign applications and deliver solid guidance and technical coaching to our customers.

Therefore we are looking for people that are curious, ambitious to move on and to ask the right questions, who love to solve problems and explore new technologies and are eager to learn more about customizations, auotmatisation and Design thinking.

Together we will work on the following topics:

• Understand our customers’ needs and provide creative solutions applying Cloud Best Practices and DevOps principles to propose a new state-of-the-art architecture
• Design hybrid and cloud-native infrastructures, as code
• We provide technical coaching and support related to main cloud vendors (Azure, AWS), clarifying our customers’ technical questions as well implementing and piloting new technologies for them
• We are continuously researching new cloud technologies and improving our offering of services and products
• The content of your work is based on your skills and interests

Qualifications

• You know the basic concepts of cloud computing and have a technical knowledge on networking, operating systems, distributed architectures and programming.
• You are comfortable with scripting and automating operations, and open to learn new programming languages
• You are a team player and a solution thinker
• You are proficient in English
