A leading company in IT services is seeking a Tester to join their team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing testing scenarios and working with agile teams. Responsibilities include both manual and automated testing, with a focus on contributing to quality improvements throughout the development cycle. Candidates with 3-4 years of experience in SCRUM and test management tools are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze functionalities within the development scope and detail tests in scenarios, cases, and steps, including conditions for positive and negative testing.
2. Establish risk mapping and test coverage.
3. Report progress and issues.
4. Assess the need for large data sets for testing.
5. Participate in development teams from planning, contributing to quality improvements and defect detection throughout the development cycle.
6. Work with agile teams from planning to prevent defects during development.
7. Analyze planned user stories and propose appropriate manual and automated test coverage based on impact analysis for each sprint or release; model tests for reuse where applicable.
8. Actively participate in agile ceremonies.
9. Create test data in advance.
10. Ensure the use of appropriate test environments and tools for each case.
11. Follow established testing procedures and deliverables, ensuring proper documentation of results.
12. Perform manual and automated tests and analyze results.
13. Report system malfunctions with findings.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of test management tools, preferably Microfocus/HP-ALM, JIRA/Xray, and/or Octane.
2. Knowledge of agile development techniques (BDD - Behavior Driven Development); testing methodologies such as the Pyramid of Tests and Shift Left of Quality.
3. Experience in testing and execution activities, including manual testing.
4. Experience working in SCRUM projects.
5. Minimum of 3 years of experience for full-time roles and 4 years for senior positions.
