Jobtailor is seeking a senior program manager to lead technology teams across client projects, ensuring delivery quality and alignment with client objectives.

You will act as the primary interface between clients, professionals, and internal teams, monitor execution, risks, and capacity, and drive continuous improvement of services. Fluency in English and experience with cross-functional leadership are required.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Fluent English with ability to lead meetings and communicate professionally with international stakeholders.
Solid experience managing technology teams and projects in consulting, outsourcing, staff augmentation, or managed services environments.
Experience managing contracts and technology professional allocation models.
Experience across Data, Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity domains.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Responsabilidades

Manage teams of technology professionals assigned to projects, ensuring productivity, delivery quality, and alignment with client objectives
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, assigned professionals, and internal teams
Monitor project execution, identifying risks, blockers, schedule, capacity, and quality deviations, and propose action plans
Manage performance, productivity, SLA, capacity, turnover, and team and client satisfaction metrics
Lead people management activities, including performance monitoring, feedback, professional development, engagement, and retention
Support the allocation and sizing of teams according to project and client needs
Work closely with Data, Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity teams
Participate in executive and operational meetings with clients, presenting results, metrics, risks, opportunities, and action plans
Ensure the quality and continuous improvement of services provided
Support recruitment and selection processes, technical profile definition, and candidate validation
Conduct check-in meetings with assigned professionals and promote technical and behavioral development initiatives
Ensure compliance with processes, policies, SLAs, and client agreements
Support the financial and operational management of contracts, monitoring capacity, allocation, and resource utilization
Strategically identify client risks, opportunities, and future needs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Fluent English, with the ability to lead meetings and presentations and communicate professionally with international stakeholders
Solid experience managing technology teams and projects, preferably in consulting, outsourcing, staff augmentation, or managed services environments
Experience managing contracts and technology professional allocation models
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across Data, Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity
Knowledge of Cloud, Data & AI, Software Development, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity technologies and solutions
Experience managing projects, teams, and stakeholders using tracking tools and methodologies
Experience engaging with clients and technical and executive stakeholders
Experience managing metrics, SLAs, capacity, productivity, costs, and quality
Experience in people management, including feedback, development, performance evaluations, and retention
Knowledge of project management methodologies and agile practices, such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks
Ability to understand diverse professional profiles and technologies, connecting business needs with professionals’ technical capabilities
Certifications in project management, Agile, ITIL, or people management are a plus
Experience managing project portfolios or multiple accounts/clients simultaneously is a plus
Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, and contract financial management is a plus
