Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to lead transformation initiatives across HR and IT, directing stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies. You will translate business needs into scalable, practical solutions and guide multi-disciplinary teams through complex programs.

You will apply recognized methodologies, design readiness plans, and utilize AI tools to accelerate delivery, ensuring measurable adoption and value realization across global stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years minimum experience in Change Management projects, preferably in digital transformation and/or system implementations.
• Knowledge of recognized change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, Lean Change).
• Familiarity with communication and project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Miro/Mural, Confluence, etc.)
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams).
• Knowledge and experience using AI tools.
• Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) — required for presentations, workshops, and communication with global teams
• Excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to facilitate and build relationships with people at all organizational levels, including C-level executives
• Analytical skills for creating and analyzing charts and metrics
• Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci, HCMBOK) — a plus
• Intermediate to advanced Spanish — a plus
• Experience with large-scale digital transformation programs (ERP, CRM, RPA automation, cloud platforms) — a plus
• Previous experience in large organizations or multinational companies working on major digital transformation or organizational restructuring programs — a plus
• Advanced facilitation skills (workshops, webinars, virtual training) — a plus
• Multichannel strategic communications expertise — a plus
• Knowledge of or experience with Agile models, design thinking, or innovation methodologies applied to HR — a plus
• Knowledge of Power BI — a plus

• Serve as a senior consultant specializing in Change Management for major digital and organizational transformation projects
• Work in accordance with Accenture’s methodology across Stakeholder Management, Organizational Impact, Communications, Training, Readiness, and Adoption
• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with digital transformation initiatives and the adoption of new technologies
• Work closely with HR teams, leadership, and executive stakeholders, translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions
• Map organizational impacts and design communication and engagement plans
• Conduct readiness assessments and analyses, identifying risks, barriers, and mitigation plans
• Design strategies and facilitate training and capability-building sessions
• Monitor adoption and change effectiveness metrics, preparing reports and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional PMO, IT, Product, UX, and Operations teams
• Produce high-quality deliverables and serve as a technical reference, supporting junior professionals
• Use AI to facilitate and accelerate day-to-day work

Requirements
