Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer in São Paulo to administer and enhance the organization’s IT landscape across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will ensure availability, security, and performance while supporting scalable growth.

The role covers server and network administration, public cloud management (AWS/Azure/GCP), automation with Bash, PowerShell, Terraform and Ansible, and monitoring with Zabbix, Grafana, and Datadog.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN, VPN, and firewalls).
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and containers (Docker).
• Proficiency in Linux and/or Windows Server.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations and maintenance windows when necessary.
• Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, GCP Associate) — a plus.
• Networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP) — a plus.
• Experience with Kubernetes in production — a plus.
• Knowledge of information security (ISO 27001, LGPD) — a plus.
• Experience with hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud) — a plus.

• Manage firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and network security policies.
• Plan capacity and propose infrastructure architecture enhancements.
• Provide Level 3 support and conduct root cause analysis of incidents.
