Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to guide software teams, promote best practices, and mentor engineers. You will work hands-on and translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.

The role requires strong backend/frontend expertise in C#/.NET, Node.js, and TypeScript, plus hands-on AWS, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and observability tools. Agile methods are used throughout development.

Technically lead software development teams
Support architectural decisions and promote development best practices
Work hands-on and provide technical support to the team
Define technical solutions aligned with business needs
Collaborate with business, product, and stakeholder teams to translate requirements into technology solutions
Evaluate performance, develop, and mentor technology professionals
Review code and approve Pull Requests (PRs)
Develop back-end solutions using C# (.NET), Node.js, and TypeScript
Develop front-end solutions using React and Vite.js
Work with PostgreSQL, Kafka, AWS SQS, Datadog, Grafana, Kubernetes, and AWS services
Apply SOLID principles, Clean Code, and agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)
Implement and evolve Artificial Intelligence solutions for products and processes

Requirements

Experience technically leading software development teams
Experience as a Tech Lead, Software Engineering Coordinator, or in roles involving technical responsibility and team management
Experience serving as a technical reference, supporting architectural decisions, and promoting development best practices
Strong software development knowledge, with the ability to work hands-on and provide technical support to the team
Experience defining technical solutions aligned with business needs
Ability to collaborate with business, product, and stakeholder teams to understand and translate requirements into technology solutions
Experience evaluating performance, developing, and mentoring technology professionals
Experience reviewing code and approving Pull Requests (PRs)
Experience developing back-end solutions using C# (.NET), Node.js, and TypeScript
Experience developing front-end solutions using React and Vite.js
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL databases
Experience with messaging using Kafka and AWS SQS
Knowledge of observability and monitoring with Datadog and Grafana
Experience with microservices architectures hosted on Kubernetes
Knowledge of AWS, including services such as EKS, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, SQS, and SNS
Strong knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Code, and software development best practices
Experience working in environments that use agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)
Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions and an active interest in advancing and applying these technologies to products and processes
