Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to head its IT and Information Security teams in São Paulo. You will shape the technology infrastructure, drive security governance, and align initiatives with business objectives, ensuring resilient systems.

The role requires strong supervision of networks, cloud, incident response, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS), with a focus on strategic vision, team leadership, and proactive risk management.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or related field.
• Extensive experience in Systems Administration, Networking, and Information Security.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of information security regulations and standards; CISSP/CISM/CISA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the IT and Information Security team.
• Plan, implement, operate, and maintain technology infrastructure.
• Protect systems and data from internal and external threats.
• Ensure availability, integrity, and confidentiality of information.
• Develop IT infrastructure and information security strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify needs for upgrading and expanding technologies.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, and provide technical guidance to a multidisciplinary team.
• Oversee networks, servers, storage, hardware, and software.
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor cyber threats and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate incident response and post-incident analyses.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS.
• Collaborate with IT, development, operations, and business teams.
• Manage department budget.
• Stay updated on emerging tech trends.

• Lead the IT and Information Security team
• Oversee the planning, implementation, operation, and maintenance of the technology infrastructure
• Ensure the protection of systems and data against internal and external threats

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related field
• Substantial experience in Systems Administration, Networking, and Information Security
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, virtualization, and cloud technologies
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to assess security risks and implement appropriate measures
• Knowledge of information security regulations and standards
• Experience managing teams and projects
• Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethics
• Strategic vision, creativity, and proactivity
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments
• Relevant security certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, and CISA
