Jobtailor in Brazil is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of AI and IT initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. You will bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage risks, and prepare executive reports for leadership.

Requires 5+ years in IT project management, strong Excel/BI skills, and relevant PMP/PSM/SAFe certifications.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and ClickUp.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into business language.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Advanced Excel/BI for reporting and dashboards.
• PMP, PSM, SAFe, or CSM certification.
• Previous AI, data, or analytics project experience.
• Knowledge of OKRs and portfolio management frameworks.
• MBA in Project Management or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Manage portfolio of AI and IT projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Act as facilitator between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Plan and manage project schedules, scope, costs, and risks.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (charters, status reports, RAID logs).
• Manage expectations and communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, quality, and team productivity KPIs.
• Identify dependencies and impediments; propose fixes.
• Support change management and governance processes.
• Consolidate executive progress reports for leadership.
