Jobtailor in Vitória, Brazil, is seeking a Delivery Operations Manager to oversee governance, tracking, and delivery of software projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure value delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in project delivery operations, agile practices, and capacity planning, with certification and multi-domain exposure preferred. This role focuses on efficiency and stakeholder communication.

Qualificações

• Requires experience in project, program, or delivery operations management.
• Certifications in PMP/PMI-ACP/PRINCE2 or agile methods are advantageous.
• Experience with software house or technology consultancy environments is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee governance and delivery tracking for the Software House.
• Plan, monitor, and control projects, ensuring alignment across scope, timelines, quality, and delivered value.
• Lead progress meetings, status reports, and executive communications with stakeholders.
• Manage risks, dependencies, impediments, and competing priorities across projects.
• Work closely with technical coordinators and multidisciplinary teams to ensure predictability and operational efficiency.
• Support capacity management and resource allocation in partnership with Software House leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery, planning, and tracking processes.
• Consolidate operational and executive metrics related to projects, demands, and delivery performance.
• Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and initiative execution.
