Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks a results-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology solution implementations for large enterprises. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, AI, Data, Platform, and Full Stack, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive successful go-lives and stabilizations.

The role demands strong stakeholder management, experience with Agile and governance, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to executive audiences.

Qualificações

• Solid experience leading complex software, digital platform, or technology solution implementation projects in corporate environments.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), project management practices, governance, scheduling, and executive reporting.
• Proven track record leading meetings with enterprise clients, managing expectations, negotiating scope, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing projects from requirements definition and planning through user acceptance testing, go-live, and solution stabilization.
• Familiarity with advanced technology, Artificial Intelligence, LLM, or data engineering projects.
• Experience implementing AI, data, cloud, or highly complex technology solutions at large companies.
• Experience with generative AI, RAG, LLMs, data governance, or enterprise artificial intelligence platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the lifecycle of solution implementation projects from discovery to production launch.
• Coordinate go-live activities and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Orchestrate Product, AI, Data, Platform, and Full Stack teams, removing impediments and driving performance.
• Serve as primary liaison between technical teams, client stakeholders, and business units.
• Structure schedules, milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead status meetings, steering committees, and executive presentations.
• Manage scope changes considering timelines, effort, and value delivered.
• Anticipate risks and coordinate mitigation plans across teams.
• Consolidate lessons learned and develop reusable standards for future projects.

• Lead the lifecycle of solution implementation projects, from discovery and planning through production launch, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, costs, quality, and success criteria
• Orchestrate the work of the Product, AI, Data, Platform, and Full Stack technical teams by organizing priorities, removing impediments, and driving high performance
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical specialists, client stakeholders, and business teams
• Structure schedules, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria
• Lead status meetings, implementation checkpoints, project steering committees, and executive presentations
• Manage scope, changes, and prioritization by considering timelines, effort, cost, and delivered value
• Anticipate technical, operational, and business risks while coordinating dependencies and mitigation plans
• Coordinate go-live activities, aligning technical, security, infrastructure, data, user, and acceptance requirements
• Consolidate lessons learned, standards, and best practices to make future implementations more predictable, scalable, and efficient

Requirements

• Solid experience leading complex software, digital platform, or technology solution implementation projects in corporate environments
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), project management practices, governance, scheduling, and executive reporting
• Proven track record leading meetings with enterprise clients, managing expectations, negotiating scope, and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Experience managing projects from requirements definition and planning through user acceptance testing, go-live, and solution stabilization
• Familiarity with advanced technology, Artificial Intelligence, LLM, or data engineering projects
• Reside in São Paulo, SP, or the metropolitan area
• Availability to visit clients onsite according to project strategy and needs
• Experience implementing AI, data, cloud, or highly complex technology solutions at large companies
• Experience with generative AI, RAG, LLMs, data governance, or enterprise artificial intelligence platforms
• Experience structuring implementation processes, playbooks, governance models, and reusable standards
• Recognized industry certifications in project management (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, etc.)
• Experience working at consulting firms or technology services providers serving large enterprise accounts
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical messages clearly to executive and non-technical audiences
• Proactive, organized, and execution-oriented mindset
• Strong results orientation and focus on customer value
• Ability to lead innovative projects in ambiguous environments
• Strong conflict mediation skills, empathy, and the ability to engage multidisciplinary, remote, or hybrid teams
