This role is key in the company to adequately meet the needs of our clients, through innovation and detection of market demands in terms of profile, legislation and costs

The role involves researching new ingredients and technologies, as well as optimizing processes.

Leadership among interdisciplinary teams and managing times efficiently is important, ensuring optimal execution

Your main responsibilities

• Troubleshoot formulation challenges and optimizing ingredient interactions to improve product stability, taste, and functionality.

You Bring

• Batchelor of Science in Food Science, Food Process Engineering or related relevant field.
• Experience in the food industry
• Needs to be collaborative and a great team worker
• Able to organize projects, timelines, and personal accountability.
• Excellent communication skills
