The Technical Project Coordinator is responsible for conducting all testing activities under the ETEC# R&D project, focused on the development and delivery of a chemical product designed to enhance water injectivity in oil reservoirs.

As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Ensure compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process
• Subject Matter Expert for their area of support
• Support the field technically through different media (online, phone calls and technical papers)
• 24/7 Support for Critical Operations in the field when needed
• Share knowledge across the organization by submitting best practices, case histories & lessons learned to the knowledge management database
• Follow up on field failures that require Technology involvement and ensure learning is shared across the field
• Raise an alert across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issue arises on a job
• Coach other technical resources in their area of expertise
• Communicate to Engineering and Technology organization on issues and lessons learned related to different technologies
• PL specific responsibilities
• Handle special projects as required
• Supervise R&D Project
• Prepare and present all information for Gate Meetings
• Supervise the lab testing and review results
• Communicate and review the results with the SME in USA
• Make meetings with Petrobras to review the project
• Get all documents and support to refund the cost

• Fluency in English and Portuguese is a requirement for this role

Desired Characteristics:

• Thorough understanding of PL technology and Service Delivery requirements
• Significant operational experience
• End to End knowledge of the drilling and completion process is an advantage
• Ability to learn and use various computer tools to prepare data and visualizations for analysis
• Ability to work independently
