Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine required.
• Experience in Animal Health Industry is a must.
• Strong technical knowledge in Parasitology and Ruminants diseases necessary.

OUR MISSION :

Be responsible for management of technical strategies, budget and operations for supporting strategies of Large Animals Business Unit.

Lead Technical Team for building technical and innovation leadership position of Boehringer Ingelheim in Large Animals Market through strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders (ex : KEE, Vets and farmers).

Roles and responsibilities :

• Management of Technical structure and operations for supporting Large Animals Business Unit strategies;
• Definition of Boehringer Ingelheim products technical positioning according to GSM guidance and local farm management practices;
• Build professional relations with strategic KEEs;
• Development of technical training for internal team and external stakeholders;
• Publish results of clinical studies in scientific meetings and congresses;
• Manage and propose technical strategic projects (ex : Post-Marketing Studies, Special Projects);
• Development and continuous improvement of the technical leadership and innovation of Boehringer among internal and external stakeholders;
• Empower field force and internal teams through Technical training and support;
• Management and implementation of technical and educational support actions to completely different audiences : technical and traditional producers; clerks, distributors' sellers and territory coordinators; market leaders, field veterinarians, Production Animal Science technicians, researchers and Professors; government technicians;
• Supporting on life cycle management (LCM) and product launch process in collaboration with Business Unit head, Marketing, RA, R&D and GSM;

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine;
• Experience in AH Industry;
• Strong Technical knowledge in Parasitology and Ruminants diseases;
• Knowledge about Cattle Farm ´s routine and Parasite Control Methods;
• Advanced English;
• Desirable Master ´s or Doctor ´s degree;
• Desirable technical team leadership experience.
