Responsibilities

Lead the development of conversational solutions, including chatbots and voice initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Architect and design scalable systems that can handle real-time interactions and integrate various channels of communication.

Guide and mentor a team of engineers, promoting best practices and innovation in software development.

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver high-quality products.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in conversational AI and incorporate relevant advancements into Sinch's offerings.

Ensure robust testing and deployment processes, maintaining high standards of code quality and system reliability.

Actively contribute to the team's success by driving initiatives, providing technical guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

Experience performing as technical lead of Software Development team.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Solid experience in software development, with a strong focus on AI and conversational solutions.

Expertise in programming Low Code (Dialogue Flow, IBM Watson), NodeJS, JavaScript, Golang ou outras linguagens microsservices.

Experience with NLP technologies and frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow, or similar).

Strong understanding of microservices, cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Proven experience in leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and driving collaborative projects.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for developing innovative solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
