We are looking for a Talent Development Analyst who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will:

• Organize and monitor the logistics of in-person, hybrid, and online training (invitations, registrations, rooms, materials, coffee breaks, certificates, etc.);
• Support the onboarding process for new associates, managers, and trainees, ensuring an onboarding experience aligned with the company culture;
• Translate, review, and update training content, presentations, communications, and manuals, maintaining alignment with the brand's visual identity and guidelines;
• Contribute to the design of materials, using presentation and editing tools to ensure clear, attractive, and effective communication;
• Offer support in the implementation and execution of corporate development programs (technology, process, domain, soft skills, among others);
• Be the point of contact for external suppliers;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning processes and materials;
• Work in synergy with other HR and business areas to ensure the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
• Guide associates in the use of learning platforms.
