Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring teams to understand role requirements and identify suitable talent.
  • Create engaging job postings and manage them across multiple platforms.
  • Review applications and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and fit.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the recruitment process with assessments, reference checks, and background verification.
  • Keep candidate databases accurate and up to date.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality talent pools.
  • Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Advanced English (B2+), both spoken and written.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the iGaming industry or other relevant sectors preferred.
