About You and this Role

Key Objectives
Talent Acquisiiton (80%)
  • Perform full-cycle recruitment for open requisitions in Latin America from sourcing, screening, coordination, interviewing / assessment, offer stages, and onboarding;
  • Help identify tools and processes to enable strong recruiting operations;
  • Boost new positions announcements internally and encourage participation on the Employee Referral Program;
  • Partner with Marketing team to execute onsite & virtual events with a focus on early engagement and strategic branding;
  • Identify and implement improvements in the talent acquisition and Onboarding processes.
HR Operations (20%)
  • Support People Services team and People Business Partners conducting salary surveys;
  • Partner with People Services & IT teams to coordinate a great onboarding experience for new hires;
  • Help enhance Confluence as the single source of truth for HR processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or similar degrees
  • Strong experience with the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Experience in the IT industry
  • Experience with Employer Branding strategies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Portuguese and English :
  • Availability to work 100% on-site in Recife :
