A leading automotive company is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager for South America. We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager for South America to join our global Talent Acquisition (TA) organization.
This role will report to the Head of International TA and will lead a team of 7+ recruiters across multiple countries in South America.
As a key leader within General Motors' People Organization, you will drive the strategy and execution of talent acquisition initiatives across the region, with a focus on high-impact hiring in areas such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Corporate Functions.
You will play a critical role in shaping our regional workforce by partnering closely with business leaders, HR partners, and global TA stakeholders to deliver scalable, inclusive, and innovative recruiting solutions.
This role will also support current and future regional projects, including employer branding, workforce planning, and the implementation of global recruiting tools and processes tailored to the South American market.
