What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide first-level customer support for end-users and school administrators using VC Pay Tuition Management and Accounting products
- Interact with users through various channels, including a ticketing system and Zoom meetings, demonstrating expertise and professionalism
- Manage and prioritize multiple cases across different support channels simultaneously
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, guiding customers to knowledgebase solutions as needed
- Communicate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and assist in identifying system bugs and enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in a school business office or software industry
- Prior knowledge of accounting, online payment processing, or the banking industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multi-task and work under various constraints while maintaining a positive attitude
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- One year of direct end-user support experience
- Experience teaching and communicating information about technologically sophisticated software to non-technical users
