What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide first-level customer support for end-users and school administrators using VC Pay Tuition Management and Accounting products
  • Interact with users through various channels, including a ticketing system and Zoom meetings, demonstrating expertise and professionalism
  • Manage and prioritize multiple cases across different support channels simultaneously
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues, guiding customers to knowledgebase solutions as needed
  • Communicate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and assist in identifying system bugs and enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in a school business office or software industry
  • Prior knowledge of accounting, online payment processing, or the banking industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
