Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues via phone, email, and chat platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will also possess a strong understanding of IT concepts and technologies, including hardware, software, and network systems. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent customer service skills.
