Automated Inventory Management (AIM) team is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager to lead Supply Chain projects for LATAM (Brazil and Mexico), based in Brazil. This strategic role will oversee the implementation of scalable solutions to improve LATAM Supply Chain, focusing on process optimization and outcomes tailored to these countries' specific challenges for Retail and Operations.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with internal teams to understand pain points and metrics, driving requirements for system changes.
  2. Develop end-to-end product strategies for supply chain optimization, emphasizing customer experience, automation, and LATAM specificities.
  3. Implement scalable solutions for weekly analytics on inventory metrics, including stock availability (SoROOS), Inventory Management, and Local In Stock (LIS).
  4. Lead product development for new solutions, tracking business and operational inputs to achieve optimal results.
  5. Partner with cross-functional teams like operations, category managers, and supply chain teams to identify pain points and implement solutions.
  6. Create and maintain product roadmaps with clear success metrics and deliverables.
Minimum requirements
  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning and defining roadmap strategies.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end product delivery and feature tradeoffs.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner, managing technology products.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Experience working across functional teams and with senior stakeholders.
