KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• The safety of people, protection of environment are assured; safety rules and legal requirements are respected; conformity of equipment compared to standards and internal/external requirements is guaranteed
• Maintenance plan optimization is ensured in the long-term and sustainable
• Global performance of maintenance is followed and optimized (availability of equipment, cost, reliability, effectiveness)
• The durability of equipment is ensured through a plan
• The strategy of maintenance is defined and applied according to equipment criticality; objectives of PA are held and shared; improvements proposed on process, methods, organization
• Steps and tools of MMW are applied for their domains of responsibility
• Competencies for maintenance activity guaranteed with plan of succession, skill diagnosis, updated training plan
• Improvements (organizational, methods, techniques) are provided or shared through business network exchanges (RTA network meeting, external …)
