Strategic Account Executive | Dynamic Campus | Remote

We are seeking a results-oriented, relationship-focused Strategic Account Executive to lead business development efforts in the higher education sector. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with colleges and universities, enabling them to address critical operational and strategic challenges through our suite of services.

The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with a strong understanding of the higher education buying landscape and the ability to navigate complex decision-making processes involving presidents, provosts, CIOs, CFOs, and other senior institutional leaders.

You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, cultivating long-term client relationships, and positioning Dynamic Campus as a trusted partner in a rapidly evolving academic environment.

Key Objectives
  • Develop and execute a targeted territory or named-account plan for private and public institutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior academic decision-makers.
  • Understand institutional challenges—such as budget constraints, enrollment shifts, digital transformation, and staffing shortages—and align our solutions accordingly.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close, including RFP responses and executive-level presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and service delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term success.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales, marketing, or strategy experience within higher education.
  • In-depth knowledge of higher education buying cycles and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to convey complex solutions in clear, value-driven business terms.
  • Proven ability to balance both inbound and outbound business development activities.
  • Must be able to travel up to 15%.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods at a time and or stand for long periods at a time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM and pipeline management tools; familiarity with Microsoft PowerCRM is a plus.
  • Background in advisory boards, events, or strategic thought leadership is beneficial
  • Experince selling Technolutions Slate CRM platform
