A leading international company in Rio Grande do Norte, Espírito Santo is seeking a Human Resources professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field. The ideal candidate must possess strong fluency in both Spanish and English, with relevant experience in employee relations, managing cases, and working with confidential information. They should demonstrate strong customer service skills, critical thinking, and the ability to build influential relationships within cross-functional teams. This role is pivotal in supporting HR functions and enhancing employee experience.

Formação académica

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any related field.

  • Relevant experience managing case or providing support to employees on disability, leave of absences, human resources, or employee relations functions - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, & PowerPoint and pulling data from multiple sources.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English
  • Experience handling negotiations
  • Experience in union and non-union manufacturing, distribution and call center locations
  • Experience working with confidential information
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence others while working in a cross functional environment, preferably with senior members of the business
  • Employee relations and change management
  • Experience working with government programs
  • Customer service and communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
  • Ability to diagnose problems, identify and drive appropriate solutions
  • Ability to work with all levels of business contacts to include :
  • Physicians - Disabled employees - Managers - Employee family members - Attorneys - Claim adjusters - Private investigators - Case Managers
  • Critical thinking skills - ability to make independent decisions in grey areas utilizing SOPs and internal policies
