Job Description Summary

The Financial Planning Analyst is the support to business controllers in the medical segment in activities such as : maintenance of reporting systems (BPC), development / management of performance systems (PBI) or Excel templates, support for business presentations and development of business cases.

The function generates opportunity for exposure, and connectivity with business areas and functions throughout the Region, with some deliverables to the corporation as well.

Main Activities

• Support for loading and reconciliation processes between BPC, PBI and other management systems during the FP&A cycle;
• Support to business cases and development of performance monitoring tools in Excel and PBI for complete P&L, SSG&A, Market Mix, Price and OCOs analyses;
• Indirect leadership ability, with the intention of supporting the Hubs in the execution of their tasks in each FP&A cycle according to the local and corporate calendar;

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required;
• Curiosity to learn new things and initiative to simplify processes with the spirit of seeking agility for execution.
• Advanced English and intermediate Spanish;
• Advanced knowledge in Excel;
