We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst - Supply Chain to join our team in Brazil! You will play a key role in driving insights, supporting decision-making, and improving business performance across different functions. With a strong analytical mindset and a proactive, business-oriented approach, you will help us identify opportunities, solve problems, and shape the way we operate as we continue to scale. This is a high-impact role with cross-functional exposure and direct contribution to Manual’s growth journey.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze key business performance indicators, delivering actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide data-driven support for strategic initiatives, negotiations, and operational improvements.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity in issue resolution and process execution.
  • Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities, proposing solutions to optimize business outcomes.
  • Support the design and implementation of new processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of critical business information, leveraging internal systems and BI tools.
Qualifications
  • Advanced or fluent English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Consulting, or related fields, ideally in high-growth or tech-driven environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Excel and data visualization / BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and business-oriented mindset, with willingness to learn and take ownership.
