About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you’ll build internal tools, automations, and dashboards that eliminate bottlenecks and drive serious ROI for fast-growing businesses.

We’re an AI-driven engineering team. You’ll be using AI tools heavily to speed up development. Your job isn’t to write every line from scratch — it’s to guide the AI, review its output, and make sure everything that ships is clean, scalable, and production-ready. AI can write code, but only a human can exercise strong judgment around architecture, performance, and long-term maintainability.

You’ll own your projects end-to-end and see exactly how your work impacts real businesses — not in theory, but through direct feedback and measurable results. The tools you build will help 7- and 8- figure companies grow faster and save +$100K in expenses. Key Responsibilities

• Design and build custom internal tools and AI-driven applications that eliminate manual work
• Build and maintain REST APIs, backend servers, and databases
• Develop primarily with custom code (Python), using no-code platforms (Make, Airtable) where they make architectural sense
• Create dashboards that give C-suite visibility into key business metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional backend software engineering experience (Python preferred), including shipping and maintaining production systems
• Experience building REST APIs and production-grade servers
• Experience making and defending technical decisions (e.g. database design, API structure, performance vs speed tradeoffs)
• Designing and implementing databases (SQL or No-SQL)
• Fluent English — written and spoken

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with No-Code Automation Tools like Make, Zapier, N8N
• Experience setting up project management tools like AirTable, Monday.com, or Asana
