Qualificações

Are you a seasoned engineering leader ready to shape the future of cutting-edge software solutions across backend and frontend domains? We’re seeking SDE3's with deep expertise in Angular, complemented by working knowledge Java

In this influential role, you will design, develop, deploy, and maintain critical software features spanning both backend (Java) and frontend (Angular) systems. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll be a pivotal member of the Product & Technology Team—driving systematic, scalable, and high-quality development throughout all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

What will you do
  • Build responsive frontend applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Debug and resolve issues across frontend and backend in development, testing, and production environments.
  • Ensure code quality through unit/integration testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to deliver user-centric features.
  • Participate in team ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to feature discussions.
  • Act as the initial on-call responder, ensuring the health and stability of deployed applications.
  • Mentor junior developers and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of strong proficiency in Angular and its core design principles (preferably some experience in Angular 17 or later)
  • Hands-on experience in frontend development using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
  • Expertise with Angular CLI, Nx and modern build tooling for efficient development workflows.
  • Comfortable with frontend toolchains (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn), API documentation tools like Swagger/OpenAPI.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab), Docker containers is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices and DevOps culture.
Nice to Have
  • Design and develop robust applications using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and microservices principles.
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, caching (Redis), and messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ) is a plus.
  • Exposure to cloud-native architectures using AWS/Azure.
  • Understanding of performance tuning, observability tools, and production-grade deployments.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or Server-Sent Events (SSE) is a plus.
