Our client is a U.S.-based digital marketing and enablement agency helping B2B businesses amplify their online presence and thought leadership. They specialize in social media, podcast promotion, and content repurposing—delivering high-value marketing strategies that build authority and drive engagement.

About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager with strong organizational skills and excellent communication. This is an internal-facing role focused on growing the agency’s own brand presence, supporting the launch of a new podcast, and managing community engagement. Over time, the role may expand into managing LinkedIn client accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (mainly LinkedIn).
  • Repurpose and schedule content consistently across multiple platforms.
  • Promote and distribute podcast episodes, video clips, and newsletters.
  • Support a new Slack community with light moderation and engagement.
  • Track engagement trends and provide optimization insights.
  • (Future) Assist with LinkedIn engagement for select client accounts.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts, online communities, or digital campaigns.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; strong communicator.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable learning new tools quickly (Slack, Canva, podcast platforms).
  • Experience supporting podcasts or digital marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn B2B engagement.
  • Background in community management or customer support.
  • Reliable internet and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
