Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Social Media & Content Manager to join our innovative Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, produce, and edit engaging video, image, and text content for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn).
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and the Paid Traffic team to create content aligned with brand messaging and marketing goals, including inbound initiatives related to Mass Audience Management, such as Facebook and WhatsApp communities.
  • Use video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut) and image editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) to produce high-quality visual assets.
  • Apply basic AI tools and techniques to optimize content creation, such as automated editing tools or AI-driven analytics.
  • Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to inform content strategy and improve reach.
  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to continuously refine content strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team, providing full support with conversion-optimized content (growth mindset).

  • Proven experience in social media content creation and production.
  • Proven experience in conversion-optimized content creation.
  • Proficiency in video and image editing software.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in content production.
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (written and spoken) is required.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Influencer Marketing.
Education:
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
