We are seeking highly skilled engineers to join a global financial technology team supporting a major banking client. This role focuses on building and optimizing low‑latency trading systems and related infrastructure. You will work on mission‑critical applications in a high‑performance environment, collaborating with global teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain low‑latency applications primarily in Java and C++ for trading and market connectivity.
• Contribute to automation, containerization, and DevOps initiatives to streamline deployment and operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate frameworks and tools for performance optimization.
• Ensure high‑quality code and adherence to best practices for reliability and scalability.
• Work closely with stakeholders in NYC, London, LATAM and broader global regions to support strategic technology initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Java and C++ with a focus on low‑latency systems.
• Experience with Python for scripting and automation.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and CI / CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and performance tuning.
• Ability to work in a non-cloud environment (on‑prem infrastructure).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in fast‑paced environments.
