You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of SAP FICO experience, strong technical expertise, and will mentor junior consultants. This role also offers opportunities to work on international projects and engage with SAP S / 4HANA transformations.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end SAP implementation.
• Experience with SAP S / 4HANA Finance.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to lead and support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP finance solutions aligned with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and enhancement project
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP FI and CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders)
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solution
• Provide expert-level support for month-end and year-end closing activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP)
• Prepare and review functional specifications for developments and interface
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge sharing
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal control
• Support SAP S / 4HANA migration and transformation initiative

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant
• Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO modules
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end SAP implementation
• Experience with SAP S / 4HANA Finance
• Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and controlling process
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Nice to have: SAP FICO certification
• Experience in international and multi‑country projects
• Knowledge of SAP Central Finance and New GL
• Leadership or team lead experience
