Team Overview

The New Business Operations team is the critical link between strategy and execution. We take the strategic agreements forged by our Business Development team and turn them into fully operational, scalable, and successful solutions. As an Operations Manager, you will be a hands-on leader, responsible for the tactical implementation of our partnerships and ensuring they deliver on their promise.

Role Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing the end-to-end operational processes required to launch and scale new strategic partnerships.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of operations managers and analysts, setting a high bar for data-driven decision-making and execution excellence.
  • Acting as the primary operational counterpart for our strategic partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment.
  • Conducting deep-dive data analysis, customer segmentation, and financial modeling to identify risks, opportunities, and pathways for growth within our partnerships.
  • Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and building dashboards to track the operational health and commercial success of our initiatives.
Role Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in a role like business operations, sales operations, management consulting, or a similar analytical and strategic function.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept to completion.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; you are hands-on and highly proficient with SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools
  • A strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to think big picture while also mastering the operational details.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
