What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and mentor teams, including managing one or more Managers of Software Engineering
  • Provide technical leadership in the design and development of new capabilities and innovations
  • Oversee the quality of code and products throughout the development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to maintain a digital roadmap for applications
  • Identify and implement new or improved policies and procedures across teams and departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 3 years in a management role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Strong technical expertise in application architecture
  • Proven experience in driving continuous improvement in performance and reliability of platforms
  • Ability to coach and develop engineering managers and staff
