Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to manage ocean import shipments from opening the Shipping Instruction to draft approval and shipment confirmation. You will keep clients and agents informed about status and update quotations as charges change throughout the process.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Foreign Trade or related fields, fluent English (Spanish a plus), strong MS Office skills, and experience with freight forwarders or NVOCCs. Knowledge of U.S.

Qualificações

• Completed or ongoing degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fluent/advanced English for conversation.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with freight forwarders and/or NVOCCs is preferred.
• Knowledge of ocean export procedures.
• Ability to interpret scenarios with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience with the U.S. export process is a plus.
• Familiarity with coordinating LCL import shipments.
• Customer service/customer experience skills.

Keeps clients and agents informed about shipments
Updates quotations based on changes in charges throughout the process

Requirements
