Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, foreign trade, economics, accounting or finance.
• Experience with financial and/or administrative routines in foreign trade.
• Knowledge of import/export documents and payment validation.
• Intermediate Excel skills and SAP familiarity.
• Basic English reading/writing for correspondence.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and verify financial documents for foreign trade operations.

• Analyze and verify financial documents related to foreign trade operations.
• Validate shipping documentation, invoices, debit notes, advances, and other documents required to execute processes.
• Review payment documentation and ensure information is accurate and compliant before payments are made.
• Support the monitoring of foreign exchange contracts, liaising with brokers and financial institutions to validate information and exchange rates.
• Control and organize financial documents and information, ensuring process traceability and compliance.
• Partner with internal teams involved in operations to facilitate the proper flow of information.
• Support the preparation of controls, reports, and financial analyses for the department.
• Use corporate systems and management tools to monitor activities and financial controls.
• Contribute to process improvements and identify opportunities for operational efficiency gains.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in financial and/or administrative routines related to Foreign Trade.
• Knowledge of import and export documents, such as invoices, shipping documents, debit notes, and advances.
• Knowledge of reviewing and validating payment documentation.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Basic English reading and writing skills, primarily for email correspondence and document interpretation.
• Experience with foreign exchange operations and relationships with foreign exchange brokers.
• Knowledge of financial processes related to imports and exports.
• Experience with SharePoint and information-sharing and management tools.
