Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks a process analyst to review operational, commercial, and financial documents and ensure billing readiness. You will analyze costs, revenue, and contracted services, and coordinate with departments to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires strong organization and communication, experience in freight forwarding or customs, and familiarity with Excel and logistics systems. This on-site position focuses on continuous process improvements and standardized procedures.

Qualificações

• Experience in freight forwarding, foreign trade, and/or customs clearance.
• Knowledge of import and export procedures.
• Experience reviewing and controlling processes, as well as analyzing the purchase and sale of services.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and effective communicator.
• Experience with pre-auditing, billing, or accounts receivable is a plus.
• Knowledge of logistics management systems is a plus.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills are a plus.
