Jobtailor is seeking a Purchase Order Specialist in Canoas, Brazil, to manage end-to-end PO processes for import/export with international suppliers. You will monitor deadlines, ensure data accuracy, and support KPI reporting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade or related field, 2–3 years in PO management, strong English and ERP/Excel skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to reduce costs and improve processes.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in purchase order management and end-to-end import/export processes.
• Knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms, NCM, SAP, and Siscomex modules.
• Fluent, advanced English—reading, writing, speaking with international suppliers and partners.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel for controls and reporting.
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Analytical, organized, proactive with strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Track the purchase order lifecycle from issuance to delivery.
• Monitor deadlines and identify delays or deviations.
• Organize, review, and control documents related to purchase orders.
• Conduct initial document reviews and identify inconsistencies.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to request information and clarify questions.
• Assist in resolving issues related to orders, logistics, and information discrepancies.
• Update systems and spreadsheets for data accuracy and traceability.
• Support data, KPI, and departmental performance analysis.
• Assist in preparing management reports.
• Follow internal procedures and quality management system guidelines.
• Contribute to cost reduction and process failure prevention.
• Pursue ongoing development and stay current with processes, customs regulations, and Foreign Trade.
