Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Foreign Trade specialist in Porto Alegre to lead and adapt processes in response to tax reform. You will drive process improvement projects within the department and promote initiatives aimed at cost efficiency, quality, and service levels.

In this role you will manage Import/Export operations, ensure customs clearance within deadlines, and oversee the flow from shipment to cost closing.

Qualificações

Solid experience in Foreign Trade.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade, or a related field is a plus.
Knowledge of Import and Export, customs clearance, and legislation applicable to Foreign Trade.
Advanced English proficiency.
Advanced Excel skills; SAP and CE+ knowledge.

Execute Foreign Trade processes, ensuring operational and compliance requirements and service levels are met.

Assign tax, accounting, and financial responsibilities and control the flow from shipment through cost closing.
Assist with administrative activities related to Foreign Trade processes.
