Coli Shipping is seeking a professional to analyze processes in Ocean Freight Operations, working with Coordinators to ensure orderly information flow and effective client communication. The role includes analyzing financial controls for operations, suppliers, and clients, with KPI compliance assisting the team in achieving performance targets.

The position involves coordinating FCL shipments under FOB, EXW, and DAP incoterms for export/import, as well as road freight operations for general

Qualificações

• Experience analyzing ocean freight operations and related processes.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and transport mode coordination.
• Ability to support coordinators and communicate with clients and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze processes related to Ocean Freight Operations and ensure information flow within the system.
• Analyze financial controls of operational processes, suppliers, and clients and support KPIs.
• Coordinate FCL shipments under FOB, EXW, and DAP Incoterms for export/import.
• Coordinate Domestic and International Road Freight Operations for General Cargo.
• Support preparation of ocean freight quotations under FOB Incoterms.
• Interact with clients and suppliers and manage documentation routines.
• Analyze invoices from suppliers and agents and enter data into the system.
• Verify CE Mercante information for import processes.
• Develop knowledge of FCL ocean freight quotation concepts with road transport.
• Develop knowledge of FCL cargo process coordination, including OOG shipments.

This position's primary mission is to analyze processes related to Ocean Freight Operations, working closely with the department Coordinators to ensure an organized flow of information within the system and effective communication with clients.

Analyze the financial controls of operational processes, suppliers, and clients, providing support to the Coordinator and ensuring compliance with established performance indicators (KPIs)

Coordinate FCL Shipments under FOB, EXW, and DAP Incoterms – Export and Import

Coordinate Domestic and International Road Freight Operations for General Cargo

Support the preparation of ocean freight quotations under FOB Incoterms

Interact with Clients and Suppliers

Perform Export and Import Documentation routines

Analyze invoices received from suppliers and agents

Review documents and enter data into the system

Analyze and verify CE Mercante information for import processes

Develop knowledge of FCL ocean freight quotation concepts integrated with road transportation

Develop knowledge of FCL cargo process coordination, including OOG (Out of Gauge) shipments
