Crane Worldwide Logistica Do Brasil Ltda is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage information systems, monitor international freight operations, and coordinate with carriers. The role involves interfacing with internal departments and supporting import processes within a dynamic team environment.

Candidates should have education in business, foreign trade, or logistics and solid communication skills in English.

Qualificações

• Requires completed or progressing higher education in business administration, foreign trade, logistics, or related field.
• Previous experience in international logistics, freight coordination or foreign trade.
• Familiarity with international transportation documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Update information in TMF, C2C, Follow-net, and other systems to attend customer needs.
• Monitor international ocean and air freight operations.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and carriers.
• Interface with internal departments.
• Support import process and document control.
• Support logistics coordination in administrative and operational routines.

• Updating information in the system, TMF, C2C, Follow-net, any other system applied to attend customer needs;
• Monitoring international ocean and air freight operations;
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines and carriers;

• Support logistic coordination in administrative and operation routines;

Other Skills & Abilities

• Beginner to advanced English proficiency;
• Must have verbal and written communication skills;
• Knowledgeable of freight forwarding in air and ocean transportation;
• Required skills: Planning, time management, collaboration and organization;
• Ability to work well in a team environment, interact with internal and external resources, positive and flexible attitude, and professionalism;
• Knowledge of Microsoft office, especially outlook.

Education Requirements
